加州 65: 常用於洋芋片之食品級丙烯酰胺(Acrylamide)警語與標示內容

自 2023 年 1 月 1 日起，販售加州之食品若含有丙烯酰胺；或具備丙烯酰胺暴露風險，應依法令 25607.1 與 25607.2 進行警語標示與資訊傳遞。像是常見的零食，洋芋片，就含有丙烯酰胺(Acrylamide)。

• 警語(字體大寫並粗體) “CALIFORNIA WARNING”

• 資訊內容 “Consuming this product can expose you to acrylamide, a probable human carcinogen formed in some foods during cooking or processing at high temperatures. Many factors affect your cancer risk, including the frequency and amount of the chemical consumed. For more information including ways to reduce your exposure, see www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/acrylamide.”
