認識 RoHS 規範
歐盟 RoHS 禁限用有害物質指令是電機電子設備業者都認識的綠色環保規範，管制內容是針在歐盟市場流通之主要電子電機產品，而目前已經更新至 2.0 版本。RoHS 2.0 即是指令 2011/65/EU，自 2011/7/21 生效，歐盟要求各成員國將新指令轉換成當地法律，並於 2013/1/2 開始實施，原指令 2005/95/EC (RoHS 1.0) 自 2013/1/3 廢止。
歐盟隨後又發布 RoHS2.0 修訂指令 (EU)2015/863，歐盟 RoHS 2.0 更新終於塵埃落定，此修訂指令發布後，歐盟各成員國需在 2016/12/31 前將此指令轉為各國的法規並執行。且 2019/7/22 起所有輸歐電子電器產品 (除醫療和監控設備) 均需滿足該限制要求 ; 2021/7/22 起，醫療設備 (包括體外醫療設備) 和監控設備 (包括工業監控設備) 也將納入該管控範圍。
Restricted Substances
EU RoHS specifies maximum levels for the following 10 restricted substances. The first six applied to the original RoHS while the last four were added under RoHS 3, which takes effect July 22, 2019:
Cadmium (Cd), Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Hexavalent Chromium, Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB), Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE), Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), Dibutyl phthalate (DBP), Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP).
Product Categories
Category 11 products include all other electronic and electrical equipment not covered under the other categories. Included are 2-wheeled vehicles, electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) such as e-cigarettes, cannabis vaporizers and vape pens. Also included are electrical cables that are less than 250V working voltage.
